About the Program

The program is designed to educate students for leadership roles in intermediate-large scale software system development and software project management. Graduates should have a profound understanding of advanced and practical software development methods, techniques, and tools related to each phrase of software development cycles, be able to hatch up innovative solutions and implement leading-edge technologies. In addition, graduates would be equipped with comprehensive knowledge related to information technology and expertise in certain specialty, such as enterprise computing, embedded system, service engineering and science, GIS, business intelligent, mainframe technology, and so on. Graduates should be able to immediately engage in software development and software project management in domestic or international industry, government agencies, and academia or other institutions.

Entry Requirements

• Language: 80 or above for TOEFL; or 6.0 or above for IELTS; or other certificates which can prove that English is your native language or the working language
• College educational background or equivalent, and majors in computer science, computer engineering, electronic engineering, etc. If the applicant’s major is irrelevant to any of the major mentioned above, education background or working experience related to “IT” is expected.

Tuition Fees

The tuition fees are RMB 36000 per year. The total for the 2 year program is 72,000 RMB.

Accommodation

The International Students Service Centers is located on three campuses of Tongji University independently. They are all facilitated with telephone sets, toilets, showers, air-conditioning, public kitchens, classrooms, and business services such as duplication, fax and e-mail sending, typing and air-ticket and train ticket booking are offered.
