The PhD in Constitutional Law and Executive Law is a 3 year program taught in English to international students. Students can start the program in September each year.

The School of School of Law was founded in 1909, known as Wuchang University of Law. The school of Law is often referred to as one of the Four Famous Schools of Law in China, and the school of law was ranked 3rd in China in 2009, tied with Peking University according to a Ministry of Education ranking.




Entry Requirements


Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens with a valid passport, under the age of 45, have attained a master’s degree.




Application Deadline


Application deadline is June 15th every year.




Tuition Fees


The tuition fees are RMB 35,000 per year. The total for the 3 year program is RMB 105,000.
