About the Program

The mission of the Ph.D program in Microbiology in the School of Life Sciences is to train its students to become highly competent professionals in Microbiology research and its related industries.

Entry Requirements

Non-Chinese citizens in good health, at the age of 18 or above.
Master’s degree.
Applicants from non-English speaking countries must provide IELTS (6.0 or above), new TOEFL (80 points or above) or other comparable certification of English proficiency. Applicants with English as native language are exempted from English language certificate.

Tuition Fees

The tuition fees are RMB 34,000 per year. The total for the 4 year program is 136,000 RMB.
