We’re hiring interns to join our team at China Admissions

Are you smart, hungry, don’t mind getting your hands dirty and looking to do something big?

We are China Admissions, an investor backed online platform for international students to apply to Chinese Universities. We partner with 90 top Chinese universities, and have over 100,000 registered students.

We are growing fast and looking for excellent, globally minded and interns to join our team as we scale up. You will start the first 6 months by going wide and will be exposed to marketing, sales, product, and operations. There will be career opportunities for you to join our term long term in one of those business areas as we scale up.

Your Objectives

In the first 6 months you will have the following objectives.

1> ? Upgrade our marketing & content so we become well known among students in China

You’ll be in charge of interviewing students in China and contributing to our social media series, featuring 1 student on our blog and social media each week. You’ll be writing writing up articles and increasing our social media engagement and website traffic from social by posting regular updates daily on social media platform so we 10x engagement across the 3 most successful channels. You’ll also review a monthly newsletter for students.

2> ⚡️Recruitment speed response time halved

You’ll responsible for measuring and improving the speed of replying to students who initially contact us. From average of 12 hours down to less than 3 hours during working days. This means that you’ll be working to automate 50% of the emails we get by sharing product and content ideas with our content team and product team.

3> ? Student Experience Champion

You’ll be doing a full review of the student experience from start to end yourself, and by asking friends / potential students for feedback. Then you’ll make a list of the top 10 and share these with product and the rest of our team. You can be writing 10 articles that addresses these and sending these to potential students who can benefit for them in our newsletter.

Working environment

We need someone with the ability to communicate to a high level in English and who can write. An international and open mindset is a must. Studying abroad is also a big advantage. Chinese language, knowledge of tech, entrepreneurial interest or experience is an advantage but not necessary.

We highly value the ability to learn, being open minded, caring about others with a service mindset and a full stack (generalist), get stuff done attitude. We expect you’ll have a track record of achievement and evidence of high standards of excellence.
