We are growing fast and expanding and looking for a highly motivated and ambitious Admissions Manager to lead our admissions operations and support our growing student base.
Description
As the Admissions Manager, you will be at the forefront of our admissions operations, ensuring that our students receive top-tier service from the moment they apply until they successfully commence their studies. Your role will involve leading the admissions service team, managing the students consulting process post-payment, and continuously improving our services to ensure scalability and student satisfaction. This position is ideal for someone who is operationally strong, with good time management, enjoys leading teams, and is driven to create efficient processes that deliver excellent results.
Responsibilities
- Conduct calls with students to ensure their satisfaction with our services, and address any issues promptly, ensuring they get accepted into their dream service
- Oversee the entire admissions process after payment, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Develop and implement new services that cater to the evolving needs of our students, ensuring they receive the best possible experience.
- Lead, train, and mentor the admissions team, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
- Manage day-to-day operations, track key performance metrics, and continuously review and improve processes.
- Identify and implement strategies to scale our admissions operations in line with company growth.
- Responsible for recruiting new team members and ensuring they are properly onboarded and trained.
You can also be involved in other areas of our platform such as student recruitment, university sales, and video creation and product development.
Requirements
- Fast, concise and effective communication with an international open mindset
- Full stack – can think from different perspectives
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent ability to write
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
- Experience in admissions or a related field is preferred, with a deep understanding of student needs and expectations.
- Native-level English. Mandarin is an advantage but not necessary. Other languages are an advantage
