Admissions Deadlines and Application Process
UIC follows a rolling admission policy, with priority given to early applications.
- Application Period I: September 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024
- Application Period II: February 10, 2025 to May 15, 2025
- International applicants will receive feedback within two weeks if an interview is required.

Eligibility
- Foreign nationality
- Minimum age: 18 years old
- Minimum education level: High School
- Minimum cGPA of 2.5 (sGPA no less than 2.0)
- All degree-seeking international students must apply for a study visa (X1). UIC will provide the necessary visa documents (JW202 Form)
- All students from all countries are eligible to apply to this program.

UIC Tuition and Accommodation Fees for 2025
- Bachelor’s programs: 110,000 RMB (15,120 USD)
- Bachelor’s in Musical Arts: 132,000 RMB (18,140 USD)
- Insurance: 600 RMB (83 USD)
Dormitory waiver scholarships are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Scholarships
UIC offers a variety of scholarships for the 2025 intake, including:
- Full Entrance Scholarship: 110,000 RMB (~15,120 USD)
- 50% Entrance Scholarship: 55,000 RMB (~7,560 USD)
- 30% Entrance Scholarship: 33,000 RMB (~4,540 USD)
- Government Scholarships: 10,000 RMB (~1,370 USD)
Eligibility for Scholarships:
- Full Scholarship: Average score of 86–100 (Grade A/A+).
- 50% Scholarship: Average score of 80–85 (Grade B+).
- 30% Scholarship: Average score of 76–79 (Grade B).
Scholarships are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis and subject to the college’s final decision.
