We are growing fast and looking for a highly motivated and ambitious University Sales Manager to join our leadership team to drive our growth with universities to the next level.
Description
Your target is to generate revenue with new university partners in China and around the world. You will be having online consultations with universitie to introduce our platform and services, recommending partnership options and initiate onboarding.
Responsibilities
- Your primary target is driving our university sales growth, revenue and success rates.
- You can also be involved in other areas
- Creating marketing content – written articles, reports, and video content
- Hosting online webinars and events
- Sharing ideas with our team on how to automate and improve the application process
- Other activities to grow our university partnerships
There are also a range of other areas that you can also be involved in recruitment, hiring, marketing, university relations, online events, operations, and more.
Requirements
- Empathy and highly ambitious.
- Sales and industry experience

- Fast, concise and effective communication with an international open mindset.
- Full stack – can think from different perspectives.
- Excellent ability to write and communicate
- Native-level English. Other languages, and Chinese is an advantage and study abroad experience are an advantage.

Process
We will evaluate shortlisted candidates with a brief test and phone interview. The next stage is a more in depth interview. And then we will typically do a brief paid trial project.
