1. FAQ and Support Page
If you have a question, check our FAQ page first. In our years of experience, we have probably encountered students in your situation before and already answered the question.
You can fill out this form to ask us a question, we will reply within 1-3 days.
You can also ask a question (and see the questions other students have asked!) on our Ask A Question page.
2. Begin an Application
You can find programs here and begin an application to the program of your choice. After you begin an application, you will be asked to upload your documents and will be contacted by an admissions counselor who has reviewed your documents.
If you do not meet the requirements of the program you are applying to, or have questions about it, our admissions counselors will be able to help answer them after reviewing your documents.
You do not have to pay the application fee right away. We also have many different services available which can give you personalized help, check out the different levels here.
3. Search our Blog
Our blog is another great resource. With dozens of new articles a month, we have plenty of information and insider tips for you to search.

Please note, there are some students we cannot help submit their applications to Chinese universities, including…
- PRC, Taiwan, Macao, or Hong Kong citizens
- CSC Scholarship students
- Students currently in China with a visa expiring within 60 days
- Last-minute students applying under 10 days before the deadline
