Your DUFE accommodations include two options: on-campus and off-campus. Whichever option you choose, the university ensures that you will live in a vibrant community of students who will help you settle in well in China.

DUFE Accommodations
Depending on your needs and preferences, you can choose from two DUFE accommodation options:
- On-campus accommodation at Qiushi Building
- Off-campus accommodation at Zhongchen Apartments
On-campus accommodation is highly recommended by DUFE student affairs. Living inside the campus gives you easy access to facilities and teaching buildings. You can also mingle with fellow students.
Off-campus accommodation is also available. The apartment is only a 15-minute walk away from the DUFE campus. You have easy access to restaurants, coffee shops, study spaces, shops, canteens, recreational places, laundry and more.
Both accommodations have single and double rooms. In the off-campus apartment, you can live with two or three other students.

- Daily rent: RMB 45 (utility fee is included in your rent)

- Daily rent: RMB 70 (utility fee is included in your rent)
- Broadband: RMB 30/month
Amenities
The Quishi building has communal amenities which include the following:
- 2 kitchens
- Study rooms
- Laundry and drying area with washing machine
- Heating is provided from November to April
DUFE has an energy-saving rule on the campus. For this reason, each room has electricity limit. Most students don’t exceed the energy limit.

- Monthly rent: RMB 2,700 (contract signed for one year). Broadband and television fee, as well as water and electricity fees, are not included.
